My product and service category and my tax category lines are not populating on my estimate form?

I want to make sure that the product and tax category shows in your estimate form, @Homegirl.

To begin, let's review the product information. Make sure that the Sales information section has a checkmark. This way, the items will display when you create an estimate.

If the issue persists, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. There are times when the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, which causes some errors or unusual responses. Let's start accessing your account using a different or private browser. You can use either of these shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once the product/services and tax category show, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process the next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.

May I ask if you received an error message when putting a checkmark to reconcile? I appreciate any extra information you can give, and it will help us isolate the issue and provide the best solution.
