My QB Cash debit card has not arrived, how do I get a new one issued?

In my debit card menu it shows my card was shipped and delivered. However it has not arrived. How do I get it reissued?

My QB Cash debit card has not arrived, how do I get a new one issued?

Hi there, rkmarineservices.

We'd want to make sure that you get your debit card. However, we're unable to open your account and check the status of the shipment of your debit card. In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Payments Support Team so they can. Here's how:

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of your QBO account.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human" in the chatbox, then press Enter.
  3. Select Get help from a human.
  4. Click Chat with us or Have us call you.

Once you get your debit card, make sure to activate so you can use it. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Cash Flow menu and select QuickBooks Cash.
  2. Using the shortcut menu, select Activate card.
  3. Create a PIN that you will be using when making a withdrawal.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Enter the card number, expiration date, and CVV.
  6. Click Confirm.

Hi rkmarineservices,

Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the delivery of your debot card. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
