My QB online keeps sending out the invoices to my customers constantly (every day or two) how do i stop it?

You can remove the schedule of your recurring invoice to stop it from automatically sending it to your customer. Let me show you how.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under LISTS, select Recurring transactions.
3. Select your scheduled invoice.
4. Below the ACTION column, select Edit.
5. On the Type menu, change it from Scheduled to Unscheduled.
6. Click Save template.
