Let's make sure that we get this sorted out so you can send your invoices, ibhautomation1.

QuickBooks Online sends sales transactions using the email “QuickBooks@notification.intuit.com.” If you're not able to send an invoice to an Outlook account, it's possible that receiver's email account's setting is blocking the transaction form being sent out.

You can share these steps to your customer and follow them as well to make sure that invoices are sent out to an Outlook account:

Newer versions

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Click the drop-down list for Junk and select Junk Email Options.
  3. Proceed to the Safe Sender tab.
  4. Select Add, then type in do_not_reply@intuit.com.
  5. Click OK, then select the Automatically add people I email to Safe Sender List checkbox.
  6. Select Apply, then select OK.

Office 2010

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Click the drop-down list for Junk and select Junk Email Options.
  3. Proceed to the Safe Senders tab, then select Add.
  4. Enter do_not_reply@intuit.com, then select OK.
  5. Select the Automatically add people I email to Safe Sender List checkbox, then select Apply.

Here's an article that you can share with your customers for more details: Receive Important Email Messages From Intuit.

Once done, send another invoice to check if that would go through.

You'll also want to run the Invoices and Received Payments report. You can see all the invoices you've made and the payments that are applied to them. Just to go the Reports menu and type in the name of the report in the Search bar.
