My quickbooks app doesn't show my customers and vendors anymore

Apps do store cache files that sometimes cause unexpected behavior. Let's clear the app's data files to get rid of the stored cache. You can follow the easy steps below depending on your device. 



  1. From More Options 
  2. Select Settings, then click Refresh Data.
  3. Choose and select Yes.


  1. From the Menu ☰.
  2. Select Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.


You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks application to resolve this unusual behavior. It will also help reset the application data so it functions properly. Here’s a quick guide to uninstall and reinstall the app: QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac: General support.
