Are you needing help reactivating your QuickBooks Online subscription? No worries, I'm here to guide you through the process of getting your account back up and running. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Gear ⚙ icon at the top-right of the page, then Account and Settings.
- Navigate to the Billing & Subscription, then press on Resubscribe to enter the updated billing information.
- Hit Subscribe to confirm.
- Log out of your account, then sign back in.
- Go back to the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
- Under the Billing & Subscription tab, look at the Next charge date. Make sure it's not a past date since QuickBooks Online's policy is not to back-bill.
