I'll share the steps on how you can speak with one of our phone support agents. This way, they can verify the status of the check. Let's go to your QBO account to see it.

 

  1. Go to Help at the top, then select Contact Us.
  2. Enter a brief description of your issue. Then, hit Let's talk.
  3. Choose Get a call, enter your personal information.
  4. Click Confirm my call.

With the above steps, you'll be able to gather information about your check status and work out from there.
