I'd be more than happy to show you how to edit items, If you're referring to Category items, follow the steps below. 

1. Go to Sales and select Products and Services
2. Select the More drop-down arrow and then Manage categories
3. Select Edit from the Account column
4. Make the changes you want and select Save.

• Select the Contact Us button
• Type your reason for contact in the text field
• Click Next
