You can change the transaction type in the For Review tab in the Banking page. If the transactions are already in QuickBooks, you can Undo the accepted transaction so you can update it with the correct category.
Here's how:
- Go to the Banking tab.
- Choose the bank.
- Select IN QUICKBOOKS and locate the bank transfer.
- Click the transaction and hit Undo.
- Once done, go to the For Review tab.
- Locate and click the transaction.
- Click the Add radio button.
- Add the correct expense account.
- Click Add.
