If you still need to contact us, we've recently updated our support experience and the best way to reach our support team is to sign in to your account, select the Help icon on the top right, and then Contact Us at the bottom of the panel. Hope this helps!

Are you getting this error when paying your taxes in QuickBooks Online? We are receiving reports from other customers that are getting similar cases. We notified our engineers about this and are already working to resolve the error.

 

In the meantime, give us a call for us to add you to our notification list. Email updates will be sent as soon as the issue is resolved.

 

Please follow these steps to get our contact details: 

 

  1. Open this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click Account Management, then select Manage Subscription.
  4. Click Get Phone Number

I'm trying to get my w2 form and it has a thing box1 what do I put in that box because I've tried a couple of things but can't get it

I want to make sure you’re able to successfully access and view your W2 in QuickBooks Online.

 

First, W2 Box 1 reports your total taxable wage for Federal Income tax purposes. You may want to verify with your employer if they already filed your W2 forms. Once confirmed, you can ask them about the figures indicated in your Box 1. You will need to enter it to view your W2.

On the other hand, if you’re prompted with an error while trying to view your W2 form, let’s apply the following troubleshooting steps to make sure this is not browser-related issue.

  • Access your W2 using an incognito or private browser. Kindly use either of the following shortcut keys:
    • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
    • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  + Shift + P
    • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
  • If you’re able to able to access and view your W2, you can clear the cache of your regular web browsers.
  • To check any issues with your browser’s health and its compatibility with QuickBooks Online, you can also use the Browser Health Checkup Tool.

Since you’re not seeing any prompts after clicking the Help icon, have you check the pop-blocker of the web browser you’re currently using? Kindly make sure it is set to allow or open any pop-out windows in your computer. 

On the other hand, you can directly reach out to our Customer Care Team. Here’s how:

  1. Visit: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose your QuickBooks Product.
  3. Select your QuickBooks Version.
  4. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  5. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.

Thank you for joining this thread. I can help you close an old (QBO) account.

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Choose Billing & Subscription.
  4. Click Cancel next to Subscription status.
  5. Answer some questions to let us know why you're no longer interested in QuickBooks, then click Cancel now.

Meanwhile, here's how to get our telephone information:

hi

last 8 hours i can not make any action like new transfer and new journal entry.

Let's do some browsing troubleshooting steps to check what triggers this.

 

You can log in to QuickBooks in a private window. This disables the cache from saving new data. If you can create journal entries and transfers, please go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. However, it the latency persists, please contact our support for further checking.

 

  1. Open this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact/.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online.
  3. Select Running your business in QuickBooks, and then Banking.
  4. Scroll down and click the Get Phone Number or Start a Message button.

I switched from the QB Online to a PC QB 2019 since I sold my business in 2018 and don't need all those features. The new product is Prod # [removed], Lic # [removed] which I secured through your customer service in the last week.

When I start up my 2019 it says I must update some profile info. When I click on it, I get info that is from 2009, and the previous principle owner Robert Purtee. I don't know how that happened since I've been using QB for the last ten years. I need some help. 

This is the second email that I've sent Intuit on this topic. I need to get into QB today.

i just purchased 2019 upgrade online and i don't see the new license number and product number.

It's nice to have you here in the Community. Allow me to chime in and share additional information on how to get your license and product number.

 

There are several ways to find your installation numbers. Here are some options you can try:

 

If you purchased the license from the retail store, you can see the numbers in the original product packaging. Take a look at the scratch-off sticker located next to the UPC code. Here's how it looks like:

However, if you ordered the product online or directly from Intuit, you should get a confirmation email with the installation information. If you haven't received it, you might want to try checking your spam/junk emails and see if it is routed there.

 

You can also check the QuickBooks License Look Up page to retrieve your product credentials.
