New GM entering expenses All check and expense list MLS on the bank acct dashboard entries in bill payment field under Payee Acct I am unable to edit or delete this field

I'm here to share details about the Pay Bills window, tscholander.

 

In QuickBooks Online, we're unable to edit or delete the transactions in the bill payment field. You'll have to open each transaction by clicking it to make the necessary changes.

 

 Here's how:

  1. From the + New icon, select Pay bills.
  2. Click the name of the vendor under the Payee column.
  3. From there, you can edit the transaction or delete it by clicking More and then choose Delete.
  4. Click on Save once editing the transaction.

 

If you'd like to apply a payment for a bill, it will automatically create a bill payment and assign it to the respective vendor.

 

Additionally, you may want to consider recording the payments you make to your credit cards. Doing so helps you track your expenses and ensure accurate financial reports.
