Nonprofit organizations report fundraising events at net. QBO doesn't allow accounts associated with 1099s to be entered as income accounts. How can I work around this?
I would like to show both event proceeds and expense accounts together under a parent Event, Net account in the income section of the P and L. statement. It's not a problem to change event expense accounts to income accounts unless they are associated with 1099 payments for vendors. Is there a way around this?
