Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I'd like to provide some info on this issue with the Chart of Accounts.
There have been several reports of the Chart not appearing in QuickBooks Online. The engineers are aware of this problem and diligently working to get this resolved as quickly as possible. I recommend reaching out the Support Team so your company can be added to the list of affected accounts. You can do this directly through QBO. Here's how:
1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Choose Contact Us at the bottom of the panel.
3. Enter Support in the field, and click Continue.
4. From here you can choose to schedule a callback for a time that is convenient to you.
You can let the agent know you believe this is in relation to INV #31052. Once you're added to the list, you'll then receive email notifications regarding updates and the fix. The Chart of Accounts will be back up and running soon and you'll be able to get back to business. Please feel free to comment below if there's anything else I can assist with.
