On the actual vs budget, I change the date to include only 1 week and it shows the actual for that time period but the budget shows the entire month. Can it be modified?

Since the Budgeting interval is for Monthly not for Weekly, unfortunately, there is no way to modify this to show the weekly budget amount in QBO.
