Warm welcome, info1978. I'm here to help you see the list of customers.
To resolve this, let's open your account using a private window. Sometimes, QuickBooks may be poorly configured due to locally stored internet cache files, which can contribute to the software's unusual behavior.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If it's a success, return to your regular browser. Then, clear your cache to refresh website preferences and remove temporary files that may interfere with QuickBooks. On the other hand, you may also use other supported web browsers.
If you're using the mobile app, let's refresh the application to isolate the problem. This is similar to clearing the cache on your web browser.
For iOS:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select Reset App Data.
- Click on OK.
For Android:
- Proceed to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the right upper right corner.
- Tap on Settings.
- Select Refresh Data.
- Click on Yes.
On the other hand, you can send statements to show customers summaries of their invoices, payments, credits, and balances.
I'm always ready to back you up if you need further assistance managing your customers in QuickBooks. Kindly tap the reply button to enter your response.
