On the invoice tab I no longer see invoices generated in 2017. I need to print one. What happened to them and how can I get them back?

The invoice tab is only allowed to view the last 365 days. We have a way to view and print the invoices from 2017.

Here's how:

1. In the left navigation panel, click Reports.
2. Search for Invoice List.
3. In the Report period drop-down, choose Custom.
4. Type the date range of the transaction that you want to print.
5. Click Run report.
6. Click on the transaction that you want to print.
7. At the bottom part of the screen, select Print or Preview.
8. Click Print.

I need to print ALL invoices and I dont want to go in and print one by one. I would usually do this from the invoice list by selecting all and doing a batch print. BUT this only prints the last 365 days. How do I batch print ALL?

Hi there, JG82,

While you can only batch print within 365 days in the Invoices page, you should be able to print all invoices using the Invoice List report. Just click the Print icon to open the PDF page and follow on-screen instructions to print them. Or follow the steps provided by my colleague @Joyce_P in this thread.
