Online Invoice issue

I'm here to help you today so you can process online invoices seamlessly. Right now, I would like to ask some additional questions for me to give you the right amount of information.

 

  • May I know what specific error you've received?
  • Are you trying to process payment for this invoice?

If you're having difficulties sending the invoice to your client, you can perform the basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. First, open QuickBooks using a private window, then send the transaction from there. 

 

To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift +N
  • Google ChromeCtrl Shift N

If that works fine from there, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Also, using other supported browsers can help us narrow the cause of this behavior.

 

On the other hand, if you're referring to the payment isn't deposited to your account yet. You may check the status of your fund/payment by searching for deposits in the Merchant Service Center.
