As of the moment, there’s an investigation that takes place regarding W9. We are aware of this circumstance. Our engineers are now working on a fix. However, there’s no specific timeframe to when this issue is resolved.
I recommend contacting our Technical support team to add you to the list of affected users. This way, you’re able to receive a notification via email once a resolution is implemented.
Please know that our supports are most available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT. They can also assist customers during the weekend but only Saturday starting from 6:00 AM until 3:00 PM PT.

- Click Contact Us.
- Enter your concern in the box.
- Hit Let’s talk.
- Choose to Get a call.
