For now, not all features and types of report in the Desktop version is available in QBO. The All Purchase Order report is one of them.
I'll walk you through the steps on how you can get a similar report in the online version. Here's how:
- Go to the Expenses menu and proceed to the Expenses tab.
- Click Filter.
- Select Purchase Order under Type, then All Statuses under Status.
- Select the correct Date. You can also enter a From and To dates depending on the report period that you need.
- Click Apply.
- Click the Export icon in the right-hand corner to export the report to Excel.

- Open Purchase Order List
- Open Purchase Order Detail
- Other Purchase Detail reports
