Our customers pay though the invoices we send them. According to QB fees we should be charged 2.9% plus .25 cent for every transaction. We are charged 3.4% plus .25 cents

There, they can further look into this and provide additional information on the charges. I understand you already contacted us, however, it would be best to contact them again as they have the tools to check your account in a secure environment.
