Our HOA wants to purchase quickbooks, is this Online Membership the only way to purchase?

You're right. The QuickBooks Desktop 2022 is offered in an annual subscription. You can also choose either Pro, Premier, or Enterprise which you think is best for the HOA.

What do you mean with "online membership"? You can purchase a QB Desktop license with a download version or a box version. You can purchase QB Desktop 2021 with a one-time license or QB Desktop 2022 with a subscription license. Which one do you prefer?
