Password not accepted when emailing invoices through QB Desktop 2020. I have tried several email addresses as my default, with zero success. Worked fine in desktop 2019

I have some troubleshooting steps for you to fix password issues when emailing invoices. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Update QuickBooks to the latest release
  2. Check your email settings to check if these may be blocking your emails from QuickBooks. 
  3. Check antivirus settings.
