I have troubleshooting steps to help you with the error you received when trying to access the Pay Bills page. This way, you can pay your expenses in QuickBooks Online (QBO) on time.
When your default browser has too much cache, QBO may act strangely. I'd suggest using incognito mode to log into your account. By doing so, we will be able to determine whether or not the issue is related to the browser.
Here are the shortcuts for the keyboard:
- Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
- Control + Option + P (Safari)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)
Once logged in, re-visit the Pay Bills page to see if the problem is fixed. If issue remain, you can use different supported browser. If resolved, return to your regular browser and press CTRL + Shift + Delete to clear the cache.
If the error persists, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They can look at your account in a safe place and give you another way to solve the problem. Also, if they need to, they can send a ticket to our engineers so they can look into it further. Make sure to call them within business hours to ensure a swift response.
