Thanks for writing in!  Credit card transactions typically take 2-3 business days, while ACH transactions usually take 5 business days, for the funds to appear in your account.  If you are new to Intuit, the first transaction (or, if there are multiple transactions) or first batch may be held for approximately 3-5 business days.  An internal review is done at that time because you are a new business with us.  After that initial hold, transactions are deposited to based on your account funding time.


However, there may be other reasons that transactions may take longer; for example, suddenly processing substantially more than you do typically may trigger a risk review, where we will hold funds while we review those transactions.  Once those transactions pass review, they are generally released in 24-48 hours.


If you don't fall into either of those categories, I would reach out to the Payments team so they can review your account and see if there is an issue with the deposit you haven't received yet.
