I'm here to help share some information about the funding time of the payments to be posted on your account. 

 

Are you referring to credit card payments? If so, Intuit automatically batches and submits your credit card payments each day at 3:00 PM (PST) and 6 PM (Eastern Time). Normally, funds reach your deposit bank account within 2-3 business days of the transaction.

 

However, this varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, which financial institution you choose for your transactions to be deposited in, and how long it takes your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.

If the payment is still not posted within the given length of time, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Payments Team. This team is the best resource for such inquiries, as they're able to request account information, while this is a public forum. They'll be able to further assist with determining the details of the transaction and why it hasn't been deposited into your account.
