Hi there, plumbuddy.

I have a few questions to ask so we can better help you.

Are you referring to the Per Diem pay item on the employee's payroll? How did you enter this item? Is it through expense or paycheck?

We are looking forward to hearing back from you.

I am set up with assisted payroll. Per Diem is set up as a payroll expense and as non taxable. This puts it in an area that does not allow for a service item to be allocated. The folks at support tell me that there is no way to track this in job costing but I cannot believe I am the only contractor who pays per diem and wants to track this. We had set up another per diem as a wage but then it put it into a taxable category.

Please let me know if you need additional info. Thanks for your help.
