Can you tell us what happens when you tried to print the invoice? You can follow these steps just in case is caused by a possible browser issue:
First, open an incognito/private browsing session or switch to a different browser. Here are some of keyboard shortcuts to initiate an incognito session:
Second, log back in to QBO and print the invoice again. If you're able to print it, delete the temporary internet files and saved cache in your browser. Here's an article for more details: Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online.
