PPP Loan Returned b/c QB sent funds under business name cannot get QB to give update
Does anyone know how to get in contact with QB PPP specialist? QB sent my PPP Loan funds to my bank under my business name and my bank returned it because the names didn't match. So I was told by someone at QB to send correction to QB Capital and I did. I never heard back or got confirmation of receipt of my email. Today I spoke with someone at QB who passed me off to QB Capital who then passed me back to online QB chat. I need my funds it's incredibly urgent that I received this money. No one seems to be able to help me. Anyone know how to get information that specific to ones case not general answers to general questions?
