Printed estimates are different than those emailed to customer. Why is this?

Glad to see you here in the Community, @jcarta.

I've tried to create an estimate and sending it to my customer. I can see that there are also no changes to it when printing the transaction. With this, I'd suggest performing some browser troubleshooting steps. First, access your QBO account on the incognito window. This way, we can check if it's a browser-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Control + Option + P (Safari)
  • Press Ctrl Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)

Once done, send and print an estimate again. If it works, we have to clear your browser's cache to optimize your browsing experience. You can also try using a different browser. Here's the link: System requirements for QuickBooks Online.

I've also added this article about customizing estimates in QuickBooks Online: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
