Printing General Journal entries from the entry screen

When I print from the button on the "Make General Journal Entries" screen I get a report with some columns too narrow and some I could eliminate.  Is it possible to customize that report? Please see picture below.  Thank you.

PS - My first posting sorry if I'm missing something...working on QB Desktop Pro 2017

Don't use Print.

Use the Reports ribbon, for the Journal View, or just use Ctl Y.

Now this is a Report you can Customize all you want to, including resizing, resequencing, and the Customize button for Display and Fitlers tab and even Retitle it.

Ctl Y = show me the accounting behind the scenes of Any Transaction.

Not everything you see available for reporting applies to every type of activity you can run a report against.

You are asking about Freeform text fields from the Form-based Transaction types. Go to Lists menu > Templates, and edit an invoice template, go to Additional Customization, the Header tab and the Columns tab. Header tab = these show on Transaction Based reports. Columns tab = these show on detail reports, such as P&L and sales detail.

The Journal Entry is not a Form. It is a brute force accounting entry. You didn't really tell us why you are using JE and not a Transaction function in the program that is based on Names and uses a Form.
