Welcome and thank you for posting here in the Community, @RKT1.
I'd be glad to help you print invoices and estimates correctly in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
As of now, we haven't received any issues with printing invoices and estimates in which the description list the information vertically. However, we can start updating, repairing, or re-installing your Adobe Reader/Acrobat to help us narrow down the cause of this unexpected behavior.
Most printing problems can be resolved by updating the Adobe Reader/Acrobat to the latest version or by repairing the Adobe installation. For the detailed steps and process on how to update and repair the Adobe Reader/Acrobat, please check this: Update, repair, or re-install Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
We can also check the printing alignment for the invoices and estimates you've created in QBO. For the detailed instructions, you can check this: Printing alignment for all sales forms. For the steps to work, make sure your browser is configured to work with Adobe Acrobat Reader 11.0.
Keep me posted with the result. Have a wonderful day!
