Product/service, Qty, Rate, Amount is not populating while exporting invoices from our system?

I'd like to help you with the missing data, but I need more details. Are you running the Invoice List report and exported it to Excel? If so, the report will only show all your invoice ordered by date.

While we're unable to customize the columns in the Invoice List, you'll want to open the Sales by Product/Service Detail report. 

Here's how:

1. Go to Reports on the left panel.
2. Type Sales by Product/Service Detail in the search box.
3. Select the Report period, and click the Customize button.
4. Click the Rows/Columns drop-down menu and select the Change columns link.
5. Put a check mark on the Product/Service, Qty, Sales Price, and Amount columns.
6. Click Run report.

Then, export the report by clicking the Export icon next to Print and selecting Export to Excel. Please see this sample screenshot for reference:
