Join nowWe use the Progress Billing function and Projects in QBO. We convert the estimate to an invoice after the customer accepts the estimate. All lines are at 0% complete. The summary page for the project shows "Paid" in the Status column. Can this be removed? No work has been done yet and no payments have been received.

The online platform uses the browser’s cache to run faster. However, these can sometimes become corrupted, which affects the platform's functionalities. This might be the reason why the invoice showed paid in QuickBooks Online.

Once signed in, check the status of the transaction. If it now appears unpaid, you’ll need to get back to your main browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also utilize other browsers except for Internet Explorer.

Just want to clarify that this is not an isolated incident. QBO shows an invoice as paid every time there is a progress billing created and the completed portion of the invoice is 0.00 or 0% complete.
I think I need to clarify that every time a progress bill is created and there has been 0.00 billing it always shows as paid.
I appreciate your time getting back in here, @Katwei.
