The reported issue about the synced hours with projects from TSheets not coming over to QBO is already closed. Since you're still experiencing this behavior, I recommend contacting our TSheets Support Team. I understand that you've already contacted us for the same reason. However, they can further identify the cause and guide you in fixing it.
