QB and Intuit are the hardest support and customer service departments of any organization ever. Cannot cancel or I have and you continue to bill me anyhow. Do I need to?

Do I need to cancel all of my credit cards and close my bank accounts, start my life over or is there someone at QB who can do anything? Anything at all?

This is not the service we want you to experienced, @agcmobile.

 

You can cancel your subscription directly through the settings of your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. I can guide you on how to do it.

  1. Log in to your QBSE account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Choose Billing Info.
  4. From the Cancel section, click Cancel now.
  5. Enter the reason for your cancellation.
  6. Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again.

If you're still getting the same error, I highly suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support Team. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and cancel the account for you.
