QuickBooks Online has an automated invoice reminder feature. Once you turn this on, this will send reminders or notices to your clients regarding invoices that are or soon to be overdue.
Please follow these steps if you want to stop this feature.
- From the Gear icon, select Account and Settings.
- Go to the Sales tab and select the Reminders section.
- Turn off the Auto invoice reminder, then click Save and Done.
