QB has started sending invoices as I process them instead of waiting for me to actually send them. Anyone know how to change this back????

The fact that QB has a "never mind" button in their help section shows how unhelpful this company is.

I, for one, would also like to have software that I can trust and use. I'm here to help you change your QuickBooks settings, deniseleeper.

 

It's possible that you have created a recurring invoice template, that's why it's automatically sending your invoice. You can go to your Recurring Transactions page to check if you have indeed created one and delete it.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Under Lists, select Recurring Transactions.
  3. Choose the recurring invoice you want to delete
  4. Under the Action column, click the drop-down arrow then select Delete.

NO.  THIS DID NOT HELP & THIS IS NOT THE PROBLEM.
