QB Online is no longer giving me customer suggestions when I begin typing in frequent customer name in the invoice customer section. Same thing with my Products/Service

QB Online is no longer giving me customer suggestions when I begin typing in frequent customer name in the invoice customer section. Same thing with my Products/Service

There might be a lot of cache stored in your browser, aqualegalboss.

 

Let's begin by accessing your account in a new incognito or private window of your browser. This way, we can check if this issue is related to your current browser or not. Let me guide you how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Once completed, you can log back in to your account and check if the customers are displayed already. If it's already displayed, you can clear your browser's cache to optimize it. Also, your browser can start from scratch and improve your QuickBooks Online browsing experience.

You're right.  Clearing the cache worked but only after I rebooted the computer too.  Thank you so much!
