Good day, .
I can guide you further with the Advanced Search feature in QuickBooks Online. The finder will let you filter different transactions that you want to work on. At the moment, the option to filter multiple transaction types is not yet available. You can to pick a certain type one at time.
Here's how:
- Click the Magnifying glass at the top.
- Find and click the Advanced Search link.

However, you can also pull up reports for bill payments and expenses. To find them, go to the Reports menu and tap the Standard tab. Scroll down to the What you owe section. You can also use the report finder and type in Bills and Applied Payments or other vendor reports.
