As of this time, we're unable to customize the Employee Details when you export the file to Excel. You'll have to manually arrange the rows and columns for the report to be on flat view.
You can visit our QuickBooks App Store to check for available apps to help you use a website where you can customize the employee details to Excel.
You also have the option to do this within QuickBooks, just click Apps on the left pane.
