What kind of business do you run? You may need to create the invoice on a specific app and integrate it with your QBO account.

I am not looking for anything industry specific. I am looking to add more columns for item descriptions to my invoices. Right now I am having to put five different item descriptions in the single "item description" column and space them out with spaces in-between them. I would like to have these split into five different columns so that the headings and line items line up better for a more professional look.
We have yet to find any plug-in app to modify the invoice template on QBO. We may find an app with the invoicing feature and you will create the invoice on that app (e.g the invoicing feature on PayPal).
