I can walk you through on how you can create a custom report that shows a list of cleared checks.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Highlight Banking.
- Choose Check Detail.
- Click the Filters button.
- Tick the TransactionType filter.
- Set it to Check only.
- On the same window, tick the Cleared filter.
- Set it to Yes.
- When done, hit Apply.
This report will show all cleared checks, depending on the date range you selected. If needed, you can edit the From and To boxes.
