Are you getting an error message or a spinning wheel? To start, let’s try opening your QBO in a private browser:
- Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Firefox and Internet Explorer: Press Shift + Ctrl + P
- Safari: Press Ctrl + Option + P
If QuickBooks opens in a private browser, please clear your cache in the regular browser and you’ll be good to go. Clear cache and cookies for QBO
