Just to clarify, how long ago did you sign up for QuickBooks Payments? If you recently subscribed to the service, you should receive a confirmation email of the order.
The GoPayment card reader should arrive within 5-7 business days. If it’s already beyond the waiting period, I suggest contacting our Merchant Services Team.
Our phone specialist can check the order status in a secure environment, and provide a time frame when you’ll receive the device.
