Join nowHey there, @accoutning275.
I hope you're enjoying the day so far.
To clarify, when your other users are trying to add photo receipts, are they getting an error message? Also, have you tried to use this in a web browser?
I recommend resetting the app data. Resetting the app data is the same as clearing the cache from a browser. They collect cache (cookies) to save you time when loading repetitive data and images. These files can often become outdated or corrupted, causing issues like the one with your photos not uploading. I've included the steps below to reset the app data.
Also, you can check out the articles below about user permissions and how to record photo receipts.
Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns. I'll be here to help you every step of the way. You can always reach out to the Community or me anytime you need a helping hand. Take care!

Thank you so much for responding. I will try that. But the user permission link does not specify what level is required to snap receipt photos. The information used to be accessible at the "Learn More" link within the Receipt section of QBO but the link returns an error. Do you know what minimum permission I have to give a user to snap photo receipts within the QBO app?
Admin and users with all access can scan receipts, accounting275.
Yes, you're right, Admin users and user types that have all access can scan and take a photo of receipts. To do so:
Once you add the receipts and bills in QuickBooks, they’ll show up in the For Review tab where you can review, edit, and match transactions. For more details you can use this reference: Capture and categorize receipts and bills.
Let me know if you need anything else. Take care always!
