Quickbooks charged me a fee for a device that was suppose to be free - I cannot seeming get a refund - I have spoken to 2 different agents but have received nothing
Signed up for Merchant Services and was supposed to get a free card reader - card reader never showed up - when I followed up on the card reader I was told they would have to charge me and then would refund me immediately - that never happened - have been following up on the refund since 8/3/20 - spoken to 2 agents who said they had put the request through - to date have still not received my refund
I'd love to get this sorted out for you, but since the Community is a public forum, and for the security of your business, I can't ask for personal information when it comes to your billing issue. Concerns like this require the expertise of the Customer Care Team. Though you've already called in to support, inquiring about your refund request should be discussed by them.
