Quickbooks Enterprise for Windows - reporting options for nonprofits

Hi there, 

I am looking to find the answer to a question. 


Does desktop Quickbooks Enterprise edition for Windows v.19 offer nonprofit reporting? 


If not, can you tell me what desktop Quickbooks for Windows version does? 


I am looking for basic nonprofit reporting options, like producing income & expense reports and producing financial position reports.

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help share information on your question about the reporting options in QuickBooks Desktop.


Yes, the Enterprise version of QuickBooks currently supports Nonprofit reporting. The reports available in the program will depend on the Industry-specific edition you choose.


For the steps on how to toggle to another edition, check this out:


  1. Click the File tab at the top menu bar.
  2. Select Toggle to Another Edition.
  3. Choose the edition.
  4. Click Next.
