It's our top priority to get your bank transactions updated, carojuanandres.
First, you'll want to manually update your bank account in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). It helps re-establish the connection between your bank and QBSE.
Here's how:
Second, if the manual update doesn't work, I'd recommend signing in to your bank's website. Then, check if there are any alerts or notifications that may block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions. Once reviewed, click the Refresh all button again.
Let's also perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue with your receipts. You may have too much accumulated historical data. Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.
First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
If they appear, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clearing its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported browser.
If you're using the QBSE mobile app, follow the steps outlined in this article to clear your data: Fix Common Errors in the Mobile App. This is for QBO, however, it also works for QBSE.
Fill me in if you need more help with your transactions. I'd be happy to help you again.
Hello
These are all generic troubleshooting solutions that have been tried and suggested on at least 5 "quick chat" conversations that led to no real solutions. I need someone that is willing to look at my account and see why only one company and all its relevant charges are not showing up on my transactions. Here is my case number - please have someone review where the United Airline transactions are going. Case:1595460291 CX Q
1. All new and recent charges are being processed normally, so it is not a bank-related data issue.
2. I cleared my browser completely and used different browsers so it is not a cookie or cache related issue. This was clearly not the problem if all my other transactions are loading except for all United Airline transactions made over the past year and a half. Cookies and Cache would have no effect on just one company's transactions.
If someone from quickbooks can call me, that would be ideal. Thank you
Juan
