Hello there, Angelitap.
Thanks for visiting this thread and for updating us about how the switching to incognito mode works for you. I’m here to provide additional troubleshooting to ensure you’ll be able to save your bank statement reconciliation.
Since you’re able to save it in the incognito mode browser, it’s possible that your default browser is filled with data and temporary files from previously visited websites. Please note that these files can take up space and affect the system's performance.
To permanently fix this, you need to go back to your default browser and clear its cache. Here are steps to guide you through:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More.
- Go to More tools and then Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
- Select the types of information you want to remove.
- Click Clear data.
If you want to do the process on other browsers, check out this article:
How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?
That should do it! You should now be able to save your bank statement reconciliation.
Let me know how the clearing the cache works for you. I’ll be here anytime!
