I hope you’re having a great day. I’d love to help you locate your template. When you say billing template, are you referring to a customized invoice? Custom invoices really give you an opportunity to make an impact with your customers. To access your custom templates for an individual invoice, from the menu on the left:
- Choose Sales > Invoices
- Create invoice
- Complete the invoice information
- Next, at the bottom of the invoice page, select Customize
- Choose the template from the list
- Save or Save and send
If you would like to make your custom template the default, you can do that by:
- Go to Settings (gear icon) in the upper right
- Under Lists> All Lists
- Choose Custom Form Styles
- Under Action, click the drop-down to the right of the form
- Select Make default
